Shipping Information

If you wish to exchange or return a product due to a simple change of mind, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
(Exchange Shipping Fee: Standard shipping fee / For items with free shipping: round-trip shipping fee / Return shipping fee: round-trip shipping fee)
- If you ship the product yourself, you must pay the courier cost.
- For medium/large items or products requiring installation, return/exchange fees may vary depending on region and installation costs.
- Additional shipping charges may apply to Jeju Island or other remote/mountainous areas.
Exchange & Return Policy
- To request an exchange or return, please apply through My Page > Order/Delivery History first.
- Exchanges and returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

If the delivered product differs from the description/advertisement or was delivered incorrectly, you may request an exchange/return
within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of discovering the issue.
- Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, statutory exchange and return regulations take precedence over individual seller policies.
Cases Where Exchange/Return Is Not Allowed
- In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, your right to cancel may be restricted in the following cases:

If the product has been opened and used, or if its value has been damaged.
(Opening the package only to check the product is excluded)
- If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product for a change-of-mind return
- If the product has been damaged or its value compromised due to the customer’s responsibility
- If the product’s value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption
- If the product’s value has diminished over time, making resale difficult
- If the product was custom-made according to the customer’s request
- If components of the purchased product are missing.
